We’re looking for a Support Operations Lead, who can build and run a world-class support function from the ground up.
You’ll bridge users and the product — solving problems fast, spotting patterns, and feeding insights directly to engineering and product teams. You’ll design scalable support processes, automate everything that can be automated, and build a culture of speed, empathy, and excellence around user experience.
This is a hands-on role. In the beginning, you’ll be in the trenches — setting up systems, workflows, and automations, creating internal knowledge bases, and refining responses. Over time, you’ll scale and lead a team, shaping Limitless Labs’ support into a true competitive advantage.
