We are looking for a Lead IT Security Engineer who will own and elevate our security operations, monitoring, and incident response capabilities across the entire company.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both design security systems and actively respond to threats. You will define how we detect, prevent, and respond to attacks - across infrastructure, applications and endpoints.
You'll work closely with engineering, devOps, and executive leadership to ensure security is deeply embedded into everything we build.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-risk environments and understands that in crypto, security failures are existential.
