We’re looking for a Director, Trade & Market Surveillance to lead the surveillance function for our CFTC-regulated exchange.
This role is responsible for ensuring market integrity across the platform through real-time monitoring, investigations, surveillance program design, and regulatory oversight.
You’ll build and manage the surveillance framework that detects abusive trading behavior, supports regulatory compliance, and helps maintain fair and orderly markets.
We need someone who combines deep regulatory expertise with strong analytical skills and practical experience operating surveillance programs in complex trading environments.
