We’re looking for a Backend Lead Engineer who will be 80% hands-on engineer, 20% team leader.
You’ll own the backend architecture of our prediction markets, writing production-level code daily, while also stepping up as a leader: collaborating with CTO, making key technical decisions, spotting and solving problems, and ensuring the team moves fast with quality and responsibility.
This is not a purely managerial role - we want someone who codes, designs, and delivers but also knows how to lead, mentor, and steer the backend direction.
